Oct 31, 2020I appreciated...: All the useful tools we learned about, the sense of community that was built in just a few short weeks, the examples were very helpful too, everyone's willingness to share openly, the fact that so many of the meditations were guided, the exercises like legs up the wall, the fact that the benefits were often more powerful in the day or days following class. It's helped a lot with all that we are weathering. It's helped me feel safer, and like I have some resources inside me to bounce back and manage my anxiety. I learned a lot about my own resiliency that I didn't expect to learn.
