Sep 17, 2020I learned various techniques to help bring awareness to my body and mind, and techniques to choose softer, more joyful thoughts and choices. Not a redirection, but just other options. My inner realm is calm...when all is quiet, I haven't been hearing too much chatter. But when there is chatter, I notice that I begin focusing on breathing - something I had not focused on months prior to this class. When my friends and family ask me about this class, I will say that this class helped bring me into my body, helped me start my day with less anxiety, helped me to breathe a bit better and hear myself a bit more within the chaos.
