Problems logging into your Energy Matters MindBody Online Account

Note that we currently use Mindbody Online for scheduling all our clinic appointments. Below are some questions and instructions to hopefully get you on your way.
 
First off - are you trying to log in via the Mindbody Online app on your phone or your computer?
 
If you are trying to log in via the app on your phone:
  1. In the app - click on the CONTINUE WITH EMAIL button and enter your  INSERTTHEIRMBOEMAILADDRESSHERE email as that is the one we have on file.
    1. You will either see a screen that says, "HEY, WE FOUND YOUR MINDBODY APP ACCOUNT"
      1. Don't remember your password? Click the FORGOT PASSWORD link
      2. Check your email and follow the instructions.
      3. Once you are logged into the app, go to step 2.2 below.
    2. or a screen that says, "NEW TO THE APP? LET'S CREATE YOUR LOGIN!"
      1. You will have to create an account in the app (again you will need to use you INSERTTHEIRMBOEMAILADDRESSHERE email)
      2. and then you will have to link your app account to Energy Matters.

If you are logging in via your computer:

And have tried to reset your password from this link: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/su1.asp?studioid=186831 but did not receive an email to change your password, then please call the front desk at 510-597-9923. They will verify which email address we have on your account and change your password to a temporary one. They will then send you the temporary password. Once you have received that email, follow the steps below. 

To change your password:
  • Log in with the temporary password
  • Click on PROFILE
  • Click EDIT next to PERSONAL on the left
  • Update your password
  • Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the PERSONAL column
