The Art of Stressing Less
May 11, 2023When was the last time you felt stressed? Yesterday, a few hours ago, right now?!
Somehow we’ve collectively decided that feeling stressed is the daily normal. And, unfortunately, for most people, it is.
But being stressed all the time does not have to be your normal.
The answer lies not in changing the circumstances of your life, but in changing your engrained stress habits.
I should know - I’m a reformed super-stressor.
In my teens and twenties, I was stressed all the time. Part personality, part life circumstances. Sometimes I felt so stretched that I might snap like a rubber band.
I explored so many different ways of stressing less: therapy, yoga, exercise, meditation, and more. And while each helped to some degree, inevitably I would find myself unable to sustain the practice because it took too much time or was too “complicated” for my stressed-out brain.
Finally, I had one of those “ah-ha!” moments: I decided to try one or two really simple techniques and repeat them over and over again.
Paydirt!
Turns out that dicing stress management techniques down to micro-actions works incredibly well. Because then you actually DO the simple actions, and you feel better, and you keep doing them.
This was utterly game-changing and life-changing for me. Over time, I became able to feel in flow and ease with life most of the time. And when I felt my stress level rising, I had super-simple but super-effective engrained habits that I could easily rely on.
Learning to stress less is arguably the most important habit you can learn to positively impact your health now and in the long run.
This is why I’ve created The Art of Stressing Less: The Proven Path To Inner Calm And Rock-Solid Resiliency, Even If You Are Frazzled, Overwhelmed, And Stretched Thin.
This course is designed for those who have tried lots of ways to stress less but are still stressing a lot.
While this self-paced course is available anytime, if you join now, you’ll be part of a group starting May 15, and be able to participate in 2 Live Q&A sessions I’ll be adding as a bonus.

You too can stress less,
