Late Cancellation Fees: 

• 24 hours in advance or $80 for Acupuncture, AFR Lite or All Consultations
• 48 hours in advance or $100 for AFR Deluxe, Therapeutic Bodywork, or Orthopedic Bodywork
• 72 hours in advance or full fee for Facelift or Microneedling

Fee waived if cancellation is due to Covid or Covid-like symptoms, hospitalization, or a death in the family.

Retail Return Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us either by email or phone with details of the product and the defect.

Treatment Packages & Essential Care Passports: Package/passport holder will be charged the difference between the full fee at the time of service and the contract’s discounted fee for each treatment they have received using the package. If they are eligible for any refunds after the difference has been calculated, they will be issued a check which will be mailed to the most current address on file.

Refunds can be requested either by mail or email.

The date of a request for refund will be considered to be the date Energy Matters Acupuncture receives any written correspondence or email.

All future visits after the early termination will be billed at the full, current cost.

 LIVE CLASSES: If you find yourself unable to attend please alert us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations 14 or more days prior to the start of a series will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the start of a series can receive a partial refund or credit (20% penalty).
• No refund for no shows or cancellations from the first day of the series.

Most classes require a minimum of 6 registrations. Classes with exceptions to this number will list the information in their descriptions. Energy Matters reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. If this is necessary, we will issue a full refund.

ON DEMAND VIDEO COURSES: 30 day money back guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Email your refund request to [email protected] with Subject Header: Request On-Demand Course Refund. 

List the name of the course you bought, your full name, your mailing address and the email address you used at the time of purchase. The date of the refund request will be the date Energy Matters Acupuncture receives the email.

Refunds will be issued by check and will be mailed to the mailing address you provide in your refund request email.
